| Instructor | MGH/MIT/HMS A. Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging | 2009~Present |
|---|---|---|
| Research Fellow | 2/2005~2009 | |
| My research focuses on the clinical study of breast cancer using diffuse optical tomo-graphy (DOT) and tomosynthesis, investigation of optical contrast and dynamic signa-ture of breast tissue under compression, algorithm design for optical breast and multi-modal brain functional imaging, in vivo experiments and data analysis for breast/brain functional imaging, development of general-purpose image reconstruction software. | ||
| Research Assistant | Thayer School of Engineering, Dartmouth College | 9/2000~1/2005 |
|---|---|---|
| I was a key member for developing a new generation microwave medical imaging sys-tem for breast cancer detection and thermal therapy. Specifically, I focused on algo-rithm design and software development, including 3D fast forward/inverse scattering algorithms, multi-spectral image reconstruction, phase unwrapping theory, regulariza-tion, adjoint method and singular value spectrum analysis. My effort also includes in vivo animal and clinical experiments and extensive data processing. | ||
| Research Assistant | Antenna (Computational Electromagnetics) Lab, UESTC | 3/1999~8/2000 |
|---|---|---|
| I implemented finite difference-time domain (FDTD) method with PML absorbing boundary condition in electromagnetic pulse well-logging, and wrote data-acquisition software for real-time EM scattering measurement. | ||
| Research Assistant | Microwave Lab, UESTC | 9/1996~3/1999 |
|---|---|---|
| I actively participated the development of high performance millimeter microwave switches, and was involved in circuit modeling, optimization, schematics, and testing. | ||
